Raiana ‘Rae’ McKinney is a marine policy expert, creative, and second generation Vietnamese-American.
My experience stems from an interdisciplinary background in environmental policy, international relations, and game design. I currently work at an environmental think tank, where I help reform international fisheries management to support healthy, resilient marine ecosystems and sustainable fisheries for generations to come.
When I’m not instigating fish jokes - I lead scuba diving trips, make ceramics, and obsess over good eats.
